They range from companies selling a handful of units each year through to long established companies selling hundreds of houses a year. We have good relationships with specialist property funders and we often find a solution where banks have previously refused to lend.

Our facilities cover flats and houses, both where construction is being undertaken by direct sub contractors and where a formal building contract is in place for the entire development. Many of our customers are carrying out more than one development with us as new facilities are put into place prior to final payment being achieved from an earlier development.

Our facilities are tailored to each specific development, which enables us to be as flexible as possible so that there are a minimum of constraints on the development throughout the loan period.

It is always our aim to maintain a relationship with a borrower through several developments. Our experience confirms that whilst the first facility is inevitably approached with caution on both sides, a successful first development often leads on to a fruitful partnership over many years.
